On 06/01/2021- Cabo Construction has been awarded Cook County Line Road I-294 to North Avenue. It is a 7M dollar project that will begin on the fall of 2021. The project will provide reconstruction of County Line Road, Lake Street, North Avenue and Northwest Avenue, channelization of County Line Rd. to accommodate future I-294 exit ramp. It will also include the reconfiguration of North Avenue and Lake Street intersection with County Line Road, Lake Street Bridge over North Avenue improvements, construction of multi-use path and sidewalks, drainage improvements as well as new lightning and traffic signal improvements. Cabo Construction will be in charge of all site utilities on the project including the installation of all new storm sewer/drainage.
