This new facility was designed to reduce maintenance cost, improve efficiency of customer responses, as well as providing safer traffic flow of employees. Also in the design they have created large meeting rooms for public use. It is constructed based on Chicago sustainability requirements. On this project Cabo has installed an oil/water separator system as well as performed all site utility work on site (storm sewer, sanitary sewer, structures and also a new storm trap system).
