On 06/08/2021 – Cabo Construction has been awarded Lincoln Yards South. This project is 1.1 M and it is part of a 6 billion mixed-used project planned by developer Sterling Bay for 53 acres of mostly vacant land within the North Branch Industrial Corridor in the Lincoln Park and West Town community areas. At the moment, this massive project is on phase one, and it will consist of up to 1.32 million square feet of offices, 108,000 square feet of retail and 1,400 parking spaces between Dominic Street and the Chicago River south of Webster Avenue.
